How about minimum and maximum deposits?
A: The minimum deposit amount is $10 USD (or currency equivalent) and the maximum deposit is $5,000 USD.
What kind of deposit methods acceptable?
A: You can deposit funds through online banking, credit/debit card (via Paysafe and MoneyMatrix), bank payment, WeChat Pay and other methods.
How long does it take to deposit?
A: Most deposits are instant with the funds immediately crediting to your account. Should you experience any delay, please contact the KGVIP customer support team. By bank transfer, the relevant department will handle and credit to your account within 10 minutes after receiving your payment.
Are there any fees?
A: KGVIP do not charge any fees however, your bank may charge fees for deposits or withdrawals including trnasactions on other currencies. KGVIP have no control over these fees.
Any limit to a minimum and maximum withdrawal per day?
A: Minimum withdrawal is $10 USD (or currency equivalent) up to $25,000 USD (or currency equivalent) per transaction. Withdraw up to five times a day. Some withdrwawals may be subject to receipt of personal due diligence documents.
How long does it take to withdraw a fund?
A: Our withdrawal process is fast and efficient - from the beginning of your application for withdrawal, it usually takes less than 2 hours for the remittance. If your withdrawals happens to coincide with our or our banks' system maintenance, the process may take a little longer however, we will do everything to ensure you receive your funds as soon as possible.
Main Wallet and Sub-wallet
What are main wallet and sub-wallet?
A: Your main wallet is KGVIP website's main capital account. All the funds will enter the main wallet and all withdrawals will be subtracted from the main wallet as well. A sub-wallet is essentially the wallet of each game type or provider. If a player wants to participate in a game, he/she needs to transfer funds from the main wallet to the sub-wallet of the game. For withdrawals, the player needs to transfer funds back to the main wallet and request a withdrawal from the main wallet.

Why do you need to verify my identity?
